Dr. Daniel O'Brien completed his undergraduate studies at the University of  Scranton, PA.  He double majored in Biology and Philosophy  as well as being enrolled in the Honors Program at SJLA.  He received his DMD degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed a General Practice Residency Program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Dr. O'Brien has served as the Director of the Dental Residency Program at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison from 2000-2004.  He currently volunteers his time as a faculty member of the General Practice Residency Program at JFK Medical Center.

Dr. O'Brien is an active member of the Middlesex County Dental Society, The American Dental Association, and the American Association of Hospital Dentists.
